For nearly 75 years, Best Western® Hotels & Resorts has been an industry leader in providing clean, well-maintained accommodations. In 2012, we became the first hotel brand to achieve a high quality standard of cleaning with the rollout of our I Care Clean program. During the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, we were among the first in the industry to roll out standards and best practices to improve our cleaning protocol. Now, as part of our ongoing commitment to keeping you and our employees safe and healthy during these challenging times, we have expanded these industry-leading cleaning standards with the launch of the new We Care Clean program.
Based on World Health Organization (WHO) and RIVM guidelines, the We Care Clean program focuses on everything from hotel room and common area cleanliness, to streamlined processes that minimize contact between guests and employees, while maintaining the hospitality you expect from a Best Western Hotels & Resorts hotel.
